1. Are queens permanent (they're the only ones allowed to have kits), or can any female warrior become a queen to have kits; but only with staff permission and just three at a time?

2. Are medicine cat apprentices staff? (Sorry, just came to me randomly. xD)

1. I think we can have more queens only if the position is open, so no we won't force anyone out of their spot, but if they want to go, then the position is open

2. I'm pretty sure yes, because they grow up to be actually med.cats
