Okay, so some people want their cats to have disabilities and other such limits; for whatever reasons known only to them. But; since we don't want this to get overboard on our site; this here below is the LAW about limits and such to having disabilities, NO EXCEPTIONS. I don't give a (insert curse word of choice here) whether or not you don't want to hear this; because arguing with staff will earn you a pretty warning bar on your name.
ANYWAY...on to the point. And the super important rules are in bold; while the rules in underline and Italic are also important; just not as urgently needed.
Staff may edit this if they wish; but please don't go overboard with it or start arguing about limits and such; just compromise.
And on and on. Now, here are the disabilities that you would DIE if you had any of these:
[/li][li] Ribs hanging out
[/li][li] Broken neck
[/li][li] Severed claws
[/li][li] Broken spine (depends)
[/li][li] Collapsed lungs
[/li][li] Fur ripped off (only makes sense if it fell out over time)
[/li][li] Broken back leg (s) (they wouldn't be able to be healed)
[/li][li] Ripped open throat
[/li][li] Torn open belly (bonus points if the belly had kits, because they'd all die, NO EXCEPTIONS)
[/li][li] Shredded sides
[/li][li] Broken rib (s)[/blockquote]
(More things will be added as time goes on.)
[/li][li] A kit CANNOT have any sort of severe disability; such as a twisted leg, broken spine, part of face ripped off, etc. They cannot be born with those; plus if they were born as rogues or loners; they wouldn't survive if a fox or dog or badger or whatever attacked them or they fell off a cliff or anything like that. The only disabilities young kits can have are blindness, inability to talk, and deafness. When they are at least apprentices; you must get permission if you want them to have something like a notched ear, a stumpy tail, something like that.
[/li][li] You can't use having a disability to get what you want. Meaning; no being super dramatic or weepy or super sobbish about it. Your disability-enabled character can whine or think negatively about it or be generally upset or touchy about it; because that will round their personalities and make them good characters to RP with. If you use the disability for unnecessary drama, let's just say I don't think anyone's going to be happy, and that handicap will be taken away from you and we'll just pretend you never had it. If you try to RP with it again, your posts and threads will be deleted and locked.
[/li][li] You have to ROLEPLAY with your disability. Don't just make a few posts about it and then forget about it; you have to treat it like it exists. You have to RP with it for at least a week after receiving it, and then afterwards; you can act normally and you don't have to mention it, but it'd be preferable if you mentioned it every now and then; or at least put the disability into your signature so you don't forget about it.[/li][/ul]
More things will be added as time goes on. Staffers; feel free to add on or edit things; but don't turn this into an argument about what goes here and what does not and such. Thanks.[/color]

- You must ask staff permission to have a disability; such as only three legs, blindness, deafness, etc. No exceptions. By "staff", I mean Bree; the admin, who also has accounts as Eclipsespirit, Rebel, Malevolent, and Remedypaw; and you can ask her by PM on any of those accounts. You will also need permission from your Clan leader. You must have made the "disability arrangements" with someone to give you it; if you were planning on that. Once you have permission from both Bree and your Clan leader; you may have a disability.
- This applies to above: You cannot have a disability or limit in any way unless you have gotten permission from both Bree and your Clan leader. If you RP with a sort of disability without having asked the admin and your Clan leader, then the staff will simply delete your posts or lock all of your threads until you either quit trying to RP with a non-staff-given handicap, or get permission.
- This applies to medicine cats and medicine cat apprentices: If someone goes into your den asking for treatment on a severe injury that will eventually become a disability when healed, you must ask them if they got staff permission to be handicapped. If they do not respond or just ignore you and keep RPing, PM them. If they ignore your PM or just don't respond (and they were active after you sent your PM), then delete their posts and contact Bree.
- Your disabilities have to be realistic. For example, realistic disabilities:
- Three legs
- Blindness
- Deafness
- Torn or notched ear (kind of minor, though)
- Twisted leg (must have been from an accident with a fox trap, Monster, etc.)
- Tail stump, or half a tail
- Missing eye
- Part of face torn off
- Crooked jaw
- Inability to speak
And on and on. Now, here are the disabilities that you would DIE if you had any of these:
